Will Writing

Hi, me & my partner need to have wills written and want to use your service but i have a question.

We both have 3 children each from previous marriages & this gives us a slight problem that our wills need to be different if we die individually or both die in the same accident

for example.

If one of us goes then we want to make provision for the deceased's children with the remainder going to the surviving partner., if we both go together then want the 'estate'  to be equally divide between the four children.
