Please could you advise how I can go about leaving my property to my only child (daughter currently aged 12). However, I did get married in December last year (2007) to a non british citizen so need to know the legalities of it all. I bought the property 12 years ago and it is my name only.

Is a previously made will invallid upon a later marriage. Unless it is made with the intention of marriage.
