My mother died in Jan 2008 leaving a straight forward Wills. She left myself & sister as sole beneficeries of house & assets. Sister moved into house. I gave her time to raise money to buy me out. 12 months later nothing has happened.
My sister was left as executor. I have 70% of HIP fee. Can you advise.
