our wills need to be different

Hi, me & my partner need to have wills written and want to use your service but i have a question.

We both have 3 children each from previous marriages & this gives us a slight problem that our wills need to be different if we die individually or both die in the same accident

for example.

If one of us goes then we want to make provision for the deceased's children with the remainder going to the surviving partner., if we both go together then want the 'estate'  to be equally divide between the four children.

Could this be covered by www.Wills.org.uk?

wills for stamp duty

I am currently living with my mother who owns the property outright with no mortgage. If she gifts via tenants in common to me 50% of the property is any Stamp Duty payable. I have used www.Wills.org.uk to write my will and i'm happy.

acting as executors

I am not sure about the executor part. You say if I type 'professional' then you will act as executors. Is this true and if so how much does it cost? Can you please give me as much detail on this as possible as I have been reading a lot up on this and am feeling pretty confused by what I am supposed to do when deciding on a will writer.

joint wills

I am a divorcee with a 27 year old son from my marriage to my now deceased wife Sarah and I wish to leave him the caravan as it is morgage free. However I have 7 year old son who lives with her mother and her mother husband (never married to me)

so.. can I leave the house to my son and what percentage of value must go to my daughter, I need this information prior to making joint wills with you. In addition can I give him the house to him, and what age can the house be handed over to him prior to my death or must this be mentioned in my will. If you let me know I can draft out will.
