Will Writing

I have a lot of debts and am going to take out life cover.  I am also getting a divorce from my wife but we are not yet clearing joint debts and do not want these debts to be paid off with the life cover.  Can i state this in my will?  or will they legally have to be paid off before i can give any of the remaining money to my family?

I would like to make a will, but I think it's a little more complicated than simply dividing the value of my possessions by percentages, as your form states.  I live with my partner and would like to leave my half of our house to him in the event of my death, but I would like to leave everything else to my brother.  Can you organise a will for me that states this?  Many thanks.

I am currently in a joint tenancy and I am currently married. My mother is currently paying my mortgage and would like to initiate a tenants in common agreeement which I have accepted. The agreement we have is to place transfer my shareholding to him an my wife keep hers. What do I need to do and how much will this cost?

Would like to make a will am now divorced renting a flat have 4 children did have will before with now ex husband want it to be null and void obviously but ex and son have agreed to be executors to any money and contents i have and my wishes. Now its sunday, dont know form to fill in how much would this cost what do mean single or mirror form?
