I am divorced with a young child. My partner is currently getting divorced. We would like to make a joint will, but are unclear what needs to be specified so that the father of my son does not become a guardian and my partner does. Can you advise?

I now live in Thailand. My children live in London. In Thailand I have to have a will registered here, with copies of the beneficiarys passports. Do I also have to have a will registered in the UK?

Just a single Will?

My husband doesn't want to make out a will but i do.
If i do a single will regarding the above would it still stand even though my husband hasn't signed to it.
His family live in America and have never met my son. I would hate the thought that they would get custody over my parents who see him every day.
