tenants in common

My husband and I are buying our house as joint tenants but I would like to change this to tenants in common can I do this without my husbands consent as he refuses to make a will as I want to do now.  I own 48% of the property and also contribute half of the mortgage and bills.

change my existing Will - filing for bankruptcy

My son and daughter in law are unfortunately filing for bankruptcy.

I wish to change my existing Will so that my property will not revert to the public receiver if I meet my end within the next

year! It's been suggested that I will my property in trust to my two grandsons, and then change the Will back after a year.

Would you please let me know if this is too complicated and if there's any simpler way.  Also how much you charge for this, if setting up a trust is a complicated procedure.

Will where company shares are left to the children - not new wife

My ex husband and I have 50/50% of as small company we started 15 years ago.

I'd like him to write a will where his company shares would be left to the children rather than his new wife.

Children are : one mine (24) from my first marriage (was not adopted by my ex), one mutual (17), and one his from his present marriage (6 years old).

He agrees for that but doesn't want to spend too much time or money of the will writing.

Can you do such a will online?

Died without making a Will

My mum died recently apparently without making a will, How can I find out if she made a will and if she did not, what procedure must we follow?

inheritance law

My Property value is at £360 currently own further property at £140K however understand the inheritance law now means death of first of us their amount passes on thus about at £650K ish in which case no problem. May well be worth less by time we die as 2nd property may be sold in future to clear a mortgage on first property?
